Overview

DemoTrack provides a web-based platform for tracking in-store product demos and sampling events. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the demo and report data you enter
• You may not use DemoTrack for any unlawful purpose
• One account per person; accounts are not transferable

Free and Pro plans

DemoTrack offers a free plan with a limited number of demos. Pro plans with additional features and unlimited demos are available by contacting us. Plan details, pricing, and limits may change with reasonable notice.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into DemoTrack. We do not claim ownership of your demo data, report data, or uploaded photos. You can export or delete your data at any time from the Settings page. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Availability

We aim to keep DemoTrack available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
