What DemoTrack does

DemoTrack is a lightweight analytics platform that helps CPG brands track in-store product demos and sampling events. Founders create demo entries, ambassadors submit results via a unique link, and DemoTrack calculates performance metrics like conversion rates and store rankings.

What data we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and brand name (provided at sign-up)
• Demo details: store name, address, date, product, ambassador name, and scheduled times
• Report data: samples given, units sold, interested customers, notes, and optional photos submitted by ambassadors
• Usage data: basic interactions with the platform needed to provide the service

How we use your data

• To provide the DemoTrack service: dashboards, analytics, and reports
• To calculate metrics like conversion rates and store rankings for your account
• To send transactional communications related to your account
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not share your demo or report data with other DemoTrack users

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Authentication is handled by Clerk, a trusted third-party identity provider. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

Your rights

You can export all your data at any time from the Settings page. You can delete your account and all associated data permanently from Settings. If you have questions about your data, contact us at the email below.
